The best way to get from punta cana to puerto plata

    My girlfriend and I are flying in to punta cana because the flights were cheap but our destination is puerto plata. I'm finding it hard to locate a decent bus route that will take us from punta cana to puerto plata. Any tips on how to travel across the dominican would help:)

    I have heard that it is best to travel by air from Punta Cana to Puerto Plata, in terms of time, cost, simplicity and safety. TakeOff Airline flies between Punta Cana and Puerto Plata every day 6:30PM, the return leg at 6.30am.
