vise requierements

I have in my passport a multiple Shengen visa valid for 30 days and I am now in Germany but I would like to spend a weekend in Italy as a tourist, do I need any other document to enter in Italy or the visa I hold cover any trip within Shengen states?????

Your Schengen visa is valid for all Schengen areas - there is not even a border post.
