There are two or three main companies that offer paragliding in Kas Bougainville and Nautilus are two that I can remember. In the evenings, during the summer months, they both tend to have displays/staff in the main square by the harbour, near the Noel Baba cafe and are very easy to spot.

As for parasailing, I have never seen it in Kas
