Gomen for the wrong answer! Hmmm then maybe you would be interested in a company called Kudos - see http://www.firstbenefit.jp/about/ (they cover all kinds of services) and their partner company which is http://www.englishok.jp/

The guy behind these is called Dave Mori who also heads up the Entrepreneur Association in Tokyo. Even if this is not exactly what you're looking for, he will most likely have the contacts you need.
