As per the previous messages on this forum it seems this scam has been going for a while, I just hope nobody bought/buys it. I will admit, I was sucked in all up until the point I was sent the very poorly formatted visa form (see above) just now via e-mail from "the travel agency".

I inquired to the traveling agency, but am unsure of whether or not the form that they gave me is official. There were no links or attachments and I tried to go to the website that matched the address to retrieve a form myself, but there was no record of a Steff Air Agency. Also, I found that the address was for that of a LADMAG Travels and Tour agency for Nigeria.
