I am considering using the service and paying for hotel reservation through a travel agent named "Easy Russia" (easyGroup Ltd) in St. Petersburg, Russia. Has anyone used their service before? We are asked to make full payment in cash to the company's bank account for the reservations because they advised that advance payment in credit card is not acceptable under the system in Russia. Is this true? Your advice will be deeply appreciated. King
