Bali and Lombok 3 week itinerary suggestions

I'm going to Indonesia, to Bali and Lombok in particular, can anyone suggest places I shouldn't miss. I need a three week itinerary. So far I have the Gilis, Lombok and Ubud on my list. I'd like to give Kuta a miss. Any other suggestions for the rest of the island?

i am going to visit lombok for three weeks in august. i will do lots but what i have no contact with yet is batik workers. i would be glad to share and learn more of batik dying. any contacts advised??

Depend on what tourism object you choose, in Bali there are so many object to visit. beaches, lakes, temples, villages and mountain. 3 weeks is not enough to visit all.
