How far is Tikal National Park from the Flores Guatemala Airport?

I have been to Guatemala several times but not to Tikal to the ruins. I am assuming by plane to Flores and then whats the best way to get to the ruins?
I will also be exploring Antigua area a bit more. I have been more to the outskirts and villages around Chichicastenango and only a couple brief stays in Antigua.
Any suggestions on Flores and Antigua?
