I do not know much about medical service in the Caribbean except for the fact that on my island of Puerto Rico there are two schools of medicine, , a medical center, many regional hospitals, dispensaries, USA medical plans and that the service is pretty good.
Concerning jobs, well, jobs are very difficult.
