Travel from Istanbul to Altinkum

    In March of 2011, I am visiting a son and his family living in Istanbul, Turkey. We would like to take a trip to Altinkum, Turkey for a few days. We would be traveling with three small children and four adults. Can someone tell us the most comfortable, economical, and quickest way to travel between the two cities>

    I would suggest flying between Istanbul and Bodrum (BJV) then pre booking a transfer from Bodrum airport to Altinkum. Look at Pegasus (www.flypgs.com) for flights between the two places. I am assuming you are talking of the Altinkum in the SW of Turkey near to Bodrum :o). You could also compare flights with Anadolujet, Atlas Jet, Onur Air or Turkish Airlines. With small children flying is at least quick and easy especially internally.
