i got same email but from mr n mrs stuart just yesterday and they emailed me back this morning..good i realized that this is fake..good for me that i immediately search it from the internet or else i will be losing my current job..

The Certificate of Eligibility would be issued you with your Appointment Reference
Number and Date to visit the nearest British Consulate in your country of location for
Entry approval and Visa stamp.
