malaysian airlines refuses passengers for Bandung

Today I was not allowed to board a plane for Bandung by the Malaysian Airlines. In spite of the fact that the websites of the Indonesian Embassies of Malaysia, US and Australia all mention that you get a VOA - visa on arrival in Bandung with my > 6 months valid Dutch passport. Any suggestions what to do and why the refusal???

have you actually purchase the ticket? because I want to fly to Bandung from KL but there is no choise of bandung destination on their website...not sure why..

Yes Rose, I indeed had a ticket in my hand. However I see now that MAS no longer flies to Bandung. You now have to take Air Asia or go via Singapore with Silk Air. Good Luck.
