    yes , he can.it is easy to know every tips about travel in iran.if you like see historical place you should see ISFAHAN and SHIRAZ. there are a lot of tourist offices over there. i suggest you avoid to take goverment tour(like ituor) if you decide to take a tour in iran, just private.it will be so helpful.

    Iran is one of the best places to travel independently, the people are very friendly and suprisingly very pro-Westerners, particulalry Aussies, Kiwis, Canadians and South Africans but most even like to see Brits and Americans!
