    During the TET HOLIDAY. We open Spring MArket any where in Vietnam.

    I will be travelling to HCMC on the 30th Jan and will be flying off on the 2nd Feb 2011. Do I need to apply for Visa? I also want to know whether I will have problems with transport arrangement. Cant I can still go for shopping and when is actually the TET festival?
