South African living in UK - Ancestral Visa to expire before trip to Morocco

I am flyingon 6th May - 9th MAy to Morocco and need to get a travel visa but I am not sure if they will grant it as my ancestral visa expires on 2nd July and I cannot apply for Indefinite leave to remain until June. Do you think the visa for those 4 days will still be granted?
