    Do you have a united kingdom visa already? if yes then you will not require a visa to go to belfast

    There are no border controls between Ireland and Northern Ireland. So, as long as you use road transport you should be fine. (I assume you have a VISA to enter the Republic of Ireland)
    It is only at the airport that your VISA will be checked and there you will need a UK VISA if you are in Northern Ireland.
