Visa Requirements

My wife has a Indian Passport living in Canada and we will be traveling to Italy, Paris and England, can I apply for one visa for all three countries?
I was looking at this site http://www.schengenvisa.cc/ and my understanding is I need to apply for a separate visa for England, is that correct?
What site do I go to for applying for Visa's? -
Does a Russian women require a visa to Enter England for a ten (10) day vacation? If so, how long does it take to obtain a visa and what does it cost. Are there any other fees or expenses that she would incur arriving from Moscow (DME) to London (Heathrow) - round trip tickets purchased and in hand.
