Hi Everyone

I'm flying into Beirut for a few days, and while I'm in Lebanon I really want to check our the temples at Baalbek...

I'm going to be on a pretty low budget, just backpacking around basically, and I just want to know what Baalbek town is like? Are there good places to stay there, is it pretty fun, or is it a relaxing place, or what? Should I just do the temples in a day trip and head back to Beirut?

Any advice would be awesome!
