Best way to get to San Marino

I'd like to go to San Marino next year, but what is the best way of getting to San Marino from the UK? There's no airport so I can't fly, and someone told me cars aren't allowed there? Is this true? How do people GET there then?

So the best way to go to San Marino is to fly from London to Bologna(http://www.ryanair.com) then you can take the train (www.trenitalia.com - bologna - san marino) it take few hours and you have arrived.
