My mother is planning to travel to Vilnius (Lithuania), from Kiev (Ukraine). If anyone knows anything about EU requirements for a little, pretty cat to cross Lithuanian border, your help would be very much appreciated. As my mom says, the cat has been vaccinated and has a passport, but doesn't have a micro-chip. Just want to make sure what vaccines the cat needs. And will it be put on a quarantine, if so, then how long do they keep the cat for. Thank you!
