travelling form Nigeria to US on US VISA issued from India

My wife has US visa from India.Currently she is Nigeria(my work place we are Indian citizen).She wants to travel to Boston(USA) from Lagos Nigeria.I would like to know whether she will be allowed to travel from Nigeria or she has to take the flight from India.
