I have a friend who's planning a trip to a cruise ship in the Caribbean (namely the ABCs - Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao) in the next two weeks. We just found out that he needs a visa (along with his South African passport) to travel to these areas.

As I know, he'll only be there for about two weeks.

What does he need in order to apply for a visa for these areas? And how long does it take?
