shipping luggage via courier?

Hey there,
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried shipping your luggage via courier? It should be much cheaper than via airlines, no?
Can anyone recommend a courier? I was browsing on the net and found this Ecoparcel.eu they claim to have really low prices. has anyone tried them? thnks -
It depends which airline and how much you are over by. But http://luggage.to should give ou some decent prices for just about anywhere in the world
