can an Indian citizen file for a B1 visa to usa from Saudi arabi???

    can anybody let me know if I can apply for a B1 visa to USA from Saudi arabia( I am working there) . DO i need to go to India to do my visa or I can get it from Saudi??? I go have the invitation letter from the university of USa to attend the seminar and conference..
