Visa requirements to enter Singapore for an Indian with UK Work Permit

Hi There,
I am an Indian currently working in UK with a work permit valid until November.
I would like to visit Singapore this month.
I wanted to know that as I am a Work Permit holder of UK, would I need to apply for a tourist visa to enter Singapore? Or would I get it on arrival at Changi?
Could you please let me know if anyone has an idea?
