Tunisia transit visa while on cruise ??

Hi guys , I need some help!

My husband and I are Indian passport holders with a permanent dutch residence permit . We are taking a cruise next week in the Mediterranean starting from Italy . We will be stopping at the Tunisian port for 1 day. Do we need a transit visa ? If yes, is it possible to get it on arrival ?? If we don't have the visa can we just stay on the cruise , or will we be denied boarding all together ?

Hi Avantika,
Can you share with us your experience? Were you able to get a visa on arrival or did you have to get in in advance? We are also taking a cruise and was wondering if we also need to get a visa for Tunisia. We are Swiss residence permit holders.
