Visa requirement for Ireland and Dubai

    I will be travelling to Dublin for 3 months, via Dubai where i will transfer to Dublin. will i need a visa either for Dubai (just to enter country to transfer) or for Dublin? Thanks
    PS. I hold a South African passport

    Hi Elsa,

    Will you be staying in the airport in Dubai? If so, you don't need to apply for a visa for the UAE. You will need a visa for Ireland though, and can apply at the nearest consulate in South Africa.
