Tourist visa 3 month stay Switzerland is it legal to return having been in another European country?
My understanding is that as a visitor's from Australia no visa is required, however three months is allowed in Switzerland and you cannot return until you have been out of Switzerland for a month.
Question 1: Can that month be spent in any other European country?
Question 2: If you have spent 2 months in Switzerland and then go to Germany or Italy for a week or two, when returning to Switzerland are you given three months from the date of return?
