Al Ain International Airport (AAN)


A smaller, secondary airport serving Abu Dhabi, Al Ain International Airport is located eight miles (18km) northwest of Al Ain, a popular resort city in the United Arab Emirates. Only seven airlines operate from the facility, offering flights to Al Ain International Airport from regional destinations like Qatar, Jordan, Sudan, Oman, Pakistan and India.

The facilities at Al Ain International Airport are basic, but the airport itself is pleasant, even providing a picnic area and playground in the landscaped gardens. There are also a selection of restaurants and duty-free shops.
