Airports in Costa Del Sol

Malaga International Airport (AGP)

Located just five miles (8km) from central Málaga and 3.1 miles (5km) from Torremolinos, Málaga Airport (also known as Málaga Costa del Sol Airport) is one of the busiest airports in Spain. Processing nearly 13 million passengers each year, the facility has recently expanded to cope with the growing demand for flights to the Costa del Sol holiday region of Spain.

Málaga Airport is made up of three terminals adjacent to each other. Terminal 1 is largely unused at present, while Terminal 2 handles most flights to Europe. Terminal 3 is the newest and largest, with a large food court and plenty of brand-name and duty-free shops, and handles some European flights and flights to non-Schengen destinations.

Flights to Málaga Airport come from cities all over Europe, North Africa, and North America, including destinations like Paris, London, Dublin, Moscow, Berlin, Rome, Amsterdam, Montreal, Toronto, New York, Casablanca, Istanbul and Tunis.

Malaga Airport is located four miles (6km) southeast of the city centre.
